Tanzanian Youth and Children (TYC) recently organized a comprehensive training program on leadership and development for community leaders. This initiative aimed to empower individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive positive change within their communities. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants gained valuable insights into effective leadership practices and community development strategies. TYC, utilizing its community approach methodology, recently conducted an intervention on social accountability for young people in Shinyanga. The session focused on empowering youth to take the lead in driving positive changes within their communities.
